You probably don’t need more traffic. You need to stop leaking the bookings you already have.
Most travel brands that come to me think the fix is more ads, more content or a bigger agency. Sometimes it is. More often, the money is being lost somewhere quieter: in commission, in wasted spend, or in data that never leaves one team.
I help airlines, DMOs, OTAs and hotels step back, find where the real gains are, and decide what to do about them.
How I work
I advise and set direction. Your team or your agencies do the implementation. You get a clear view of what matters, what to stop doing and what to do next, backed by experience across Travel SEO, Travel AI & GEO and travel marketing.
Not a fit if… you want someone to agree with the current plan, or you want hands-on delivery rather than honest advice. I will question assumptions, including yours.
Where I usually start
Commission vs direct bookings
How much you hand to OTAs and intermediaries for travellers who would happily book with you direct.
Visibility in AI search
Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants mention you at all, and whether what they say is right. That is GEO.
Wasted marketing spend
Paid media bidding on your own brand. Agencies doing work you could bring in-house. Content nobody ever finds.
Data that doesn’t get shared
Marketing and revenue or commercial teams each holding half the picture, and making decisions without the other half.

Some past highlights
961% organic growth
Italian tour operator
Content strategy & SEO
Partnered with an Italy-based tour operator, drawing on their industry expertise to create unique, informative content. Over a year, organic traffic rose 961%. Rather than chasing competitive marquee keywords, we answered real traveller questions found in travel forums, TripAdvisor and Quora, with standalone pages that met those needs. The client had a record sales year, and organic search is now a reliable acquisition channel alongside their affiliate network.
680% organic growth
French tour operator
Technical SEO & hreflang
The site had been translated into English, German and Dutch but still struggled to attract international tourists. Previous SEO work had focused on links and content while skipping hreflang — like fuelling a race car without fitting the wheels. I wrote a full hreflang specification for their developers. Within days of launch, organic traffic and rankings rose sharply; with the wider organic strategy, the business grew enough to expand and hire more staff.
235% organic growth
Yacht charter platform
Technical SEO, international & reporting
A global luxury yacht, sportfishing and canal boat charter site with thousands of boats worldwide. JavaScript-injected canonicals were being overridden, some pages were not indexed due to delayed rendering, and broken hreflang showed the wrong language or region. We audited the JavaScript with the developers, moved critical SEO elements to server-side rendering with static canonicals, mapped intent-based keywords across markets, and built Looker Studio dashboards so the client could focus on high-potential regions.
